Maturation

This new liqueur is a blend of unaged rhum Agricole, sugar cane syrup and a natural banana extract made using bananas grown at the Habitation Clement. This banana extract was developed specifically for Clement in Martinique using innovative, low-energy extraction techniques.

Inspired by Martinque’s traditional orange liqueurs enjoyed during the holiday season. A blend of aged and unaged rhums infused with aromatic Creole spices and dried bitter orange inspired by the recipe passed down by the heirs of Homere Clement.
